Demolition
Interior strip-outs, garages, sheds, decks, concrete and full residential teardowns. We pull the demolition permit and leave the lot clean.
Demolition, haul-off, roll-off dumpsters and lot preparation across the Front Range. Columbine’s Ultimate has been building and remodeling Colorado homes since 2005, so we already know what the site has to look like before anything goes on it.
Family owned in Littleton. Free estimates, in English or Spanish.
Most excavators hand the lot back and drive off. We are the ones putting the house on it afterwards, which changes what we care about: where the spoil goes, whether the pad drains, and whether the next trade can actually work on what we left.

Interior strip-outs, garages, sheds, decks, concrete and full residential teardowns. We pull the demolition permit and leave the lot clean.

Loading and trucking. Old concrete, dirt, framing, tile and general construction debris off the site and away, on our own trucks rather than somebody else’s schedule.

Three sizes, dropped on the driveway and picked up when you are done. Prices are published below, not quoted by phone after we hear what the job is.

Scrub oak, brush and stumps off the building envelope, spoil windrowed to one side, and the working area opened up so the trades can get equipment in.

Basement and footing excavation cut to the drawings, benched where it needs to be, and left square and clean for the forms.

Rough and finish grade, pads shaped to drain away from the house, and swales cut where the water actually wants to go rather than where it would be convenient.

Water, sewer, gas and electrical trenches, dug straight, bedded properly and backfilled and compacted so the ground does not drop a year later.

Gravel driveways and access roads built up and compacted, shoulders shaped, and a culvert set at the road so the entrance holds through a wet spring.

Old driveways, patios, slabs, walks and retaining walls broken out and carried off, with the ground underneath left ready for whatever is going back on it.
Dropped on your driveway, picked up when you are finished. If you are not sure which one you need, call and describe the job, and we will tell you the smallest one that will actually hold it.

Front Range ground is rock, clay and everything in between.
Littleton, Denver, Centennial, Highlands Ranch and AuroraSite work goes wrong when nobody agrees up front on where the spoil goes and who is paying to truck it. So we settle that first, in writing, at the walk.
We come out, look at the access, the slope and what is actually in the ground, and give you a number. Free, and no obligation.
We pull the demolition or grading permit with the city or the county and get the utilities located before a bucket goes in the ground.
Tear out, dig, load and haul. Spoil either stays on site where you want it or goes out on our trucks, whichever we agreed at the walk.
Graded, drained and swept, with the site left in a state the next trade can start on the morning after we finish.
Short answers, so you can work out whether to call us before you spend twenty minutes finding out.
Ask us something elseYes, as well as directly for homeowners. We are a builder ourselves, so we are used to working to somebody else’s drawings and somebody else’s schedule, and to being off the site when we said we would be.
For one bathroom or a flooring job, the 11 yard. For a master bath, a mid-size kitchen or a basement, the 18. For a big kitchen, a whole suite or a commercial job, the 25. Call and describe it and we will tell you the smallest one that will hold it.
Yes. Demolition is permitted separately from the build in most Front Range jurisdictions, and we handle it with whichever city or county the property sits in.
Yes, and that is the usual reason people call us. We are a custom home builder and remodeler first. Taking the old one out, preparing the ground and putting the new one up can all sit on one contract with one company answering for it. See the whole-house page
Yes. Estimates and day-to-day coordination work the same in English or Spanish, whichever is easier for you or your crew.
Send it over and we will call you back to set up a walk. The visit and the estimate are free. If it is just a dumpster you need, say so and we will get you a date instead.
