01 What is involved

One company from drawings to walkthrough.

Columbine’s Ultimate started as a custom home builder, and that is still what the company is built around. A single room is the easy end of what we do. When a job runs across the whole house, or a property needs putting back together after damage, nothing about it is unfamiliar.

It also means the tear-out, the trucks and the dumpster are ours rather than three other people’s, which is usually what makes a big job run on time.

Do you build new houses, or only remodel?

Both. The company started building custom homes and still does. A new build and a whole-house remodel run through most of the same stages, the remodel just has more surprises in it.

Do you handle commercial damage repairs?

Yes. Putting a property back together after damage is one of the things we do, and it is close to a whole-house remodel in the way it is run.

Who does the demolition and the hauling?

We do. The tear-out, the trucks and the roll-off dumpsters are ours, which is one company on the driveway instead of three. There is a whole page on that side of it.
